We wanted you to know how happy we were with our catering experience with Calypso Grille. It is so nice to be able to have a party in your home and be able to enjoy it, knowing that your guest will be well fed, and well attended to. Such was our experience with your professional, attentive catering staff. Our guests had such a great time, everyone loved the food and we wouldn't have it any other way. We really appreciate everything you did for us that evening, it made it such a special night. It was obvious that you all work together closely at the restaurant because there was a tremendous sense of teamwork in your group. In most other catering services, the staff are only temporary help and don't know each other and are a little disconnected during the event, but you all worked really well together and I have to give you huge kudos for bringing such a great group of people together.
I can't forget that all of this would not have been possible without the careful planning of Sara - she is awesome. She really went the extra mile, literally, to bring us samplings of all of the food to our home. She is very professional and made the planning process FUN, not work. She melded well with our style and I get the feeling she could do the same whether for a bar-b-q or a formal event. Thank you Sara for all of your follow-ups, phone calls, and not looking at us like we were crazy with our requests - no matter what we asked she maintained "we can do that." I love that!
